Seat Availability for Trainings
The number of seats for our open-enrollment workshops and our application-based trainings are limited to what is listed on each event’s details webpage. Reasonings for seat limits may vary from restrictions placed on the physical training space to limiting the registration capacity of a remote training to ensure training quality and adequate timing for group practice and discussions.
Refund Policy for Events
Registration fees for non-application-based workshop trainings, minus a $50 service charge, will be refunded to participants who email at least 15 days before the training. If the participant purchased the DBT At a Glance DVD in the same transaction, Behavioral Tech, LLC (BTECH) will retain $15. No refunds will be made thereafter. A colleague may be substituted for no extra charge if BTECH is notified at least two business days before the training. For application-based trainings, please refer to the cancellation policy listed in the training description.
We cannot retroactively issue a refund for unused promotional codes. Refunds will not be granted for orders that did not include a valid promotional code at the time of payment.
Limits of Liability
Behavioral Tech, LLC is not responsible for any presenters’ or participants’ statements, acts, materials, or omissions. The use of audio or video recording devices is not permitted at any activity. Trainers and content are subject to change without notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Policies for Books, CDs, and DVDs
Any physical product may be returned as long as it is received by Behavioral Tech, LLC within 30 days of delivery, the product is in the original packaging (including the shipping container) and in the same condition as sold. Once the product(s) are returned, a refund, less shipping & handling and a processing fee will be provided.
All packaging containing products being returned must clearly display a return label provided by Behavioral Tech. To obtain a return label please contact our Customer Service Department at: email@example.com.
Order cancellation requests can only be honored if a product has not yet shipped. In the case that an order cancellation is made prior to the order being shipped, a refund will be issued minus a $10.00 processing fee.
Virtual products, including but not limited to streaming videos and e-books, are not refundable.
Returned Check Policy
For any returned check, the customer will be contacted via e-mail or telephone and made aware of the situation. At the time of notification, the individual/agency will be given an opportunity, and payment options, to pay the amount in full including return check fees ($50 per returned check). Returned checks remaining unredeemed after 60 days may be forwarded to a collection agency with the customer bearing the additional collection cost.
